Before Photos

Every great "after" starts with a pretty awful "before". For us, our before consisted of a home built in the 1970s with very little upgrades completed along the way (hello fluorescent lighting and blue tile!). The layout was awkward, space a bit unusable, but it had what we would consider "good bones". The home boasted a newer roof, A/C, electrical panel, and plumbing so while some things needed addressed right away cough* the gross carpet *cough*, the structure was sturdy and the home was in good working order. Plus, this house resides on a salt water canal so boating to the gulf will be a breeze, and it comes with a pool, something we only dreamed of before!

As we complete our projects we'll pull in these before photos next to the afters so you can really see the difference, but we wanted to start with one place where you can view it in all it's 1970s glory!
